Ryan C. Kelly is the Principal of Synergetic Endeavors, a Minnesota-based consulting firm delivering results in Business Development, National Convention & Event Planning, Public Relations, Fundraising, Government Affairs, Coalition Building & Association Management, and Grassroots Mobilization in the Midwest and throughout the country.

Mr. Kelly serves as a strategic advisor and business development consultant for multiple companies, assisting them in increasing their public profile, political footprint, and penetration rate with C-Suite decision makers and help drive new revenue for their business.

Utilizing an extensive network in the corporate, political, and non-profit sectors, Mr. Kelly also brings a tried and tested track record of results in fundraising. From the non-profit sector to the political arena, his fundraising background is rich with projects that produced record-breaking results. He and his team are considered relentless fundraisers, raising millions of dollars from a wide network of supporters who at times would have seemed unlikely advocates and contributors.

Under Mr. Kelly’s leadership, the Synergetic Endeavors team has also built a reputation over the past decade for planning and managing original and impactful events, ranging from directing all aspects of major state and national conventions to tending to every detail of high-profile private events.

Prior to starting the firm in 2005, Mr. Kelly honed his political skills through multiple campaigns, including serving as campaign manager for Randy Kelly, his father, during his successful bid to become Mayor of Saint Paul. Mr. Kelly later served as a key transition advisor and managed the political arm of the elder Kelly’s mayoral administration.

Mr. Kelly remains active in the political arena, advising and managing legislative efforts on behalf of his clients at the local, state, and federal level, including multi-state national lobbying initiatives as well as both state-based and national campaigns to recruit and mobilize grassroots and grasstops advocates.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Mr. Kelly resides in Saint Paul and remains a life-long resident of Minnesota’s capital city.
