Nancy Rhyme is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Legislative Strategies for Synergetic Endeavors. Ms. Rhyme provides oversight and management of the day-to-day operations of the firm. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, business development and fundraising.

She developed expertise on state legislatures during her lengthy tenure with the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). She has cultivated relationships with legislative leaders, legislators and legislative staff in all 50 state capitols.

Nancy served as deputy executive director managing the Conference’s core programs. Including overseeing the NCSL communications division, the NCSL Website, outreach and services to legislators and legislative staff, marketing, seminars and meetings, and the annual Legislative Summit. She created and led NCSL’s Leader’s Service program, a training and resource center for top state legislative leaders. She also served as director of the NCSL Foundation for State Legislatures. She has written numerous articles on legislatures, legislative leadership, and elections for State Legislatures magazine and the NCSL Website. She represented NCSL on assignments to China, Ethiopia, Germany, India and Kenya. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a triple major in History, Afro-American Studies and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin.
